Guided Tours

Public Guided Tour of the Exhibition
Every Saturday 11.00 a.m. and every Thursday 6.00 p.m.
Every Saturday at 12.00 a.m.: a demonstration of the   Mighty Wurlitzer theatre organ.
Guided Tours Charge: € 3,00 additionally to admission ticket

Guided tours for children, teenagers, school groups, students and adults are available with prior reservation. Specially trained freelancers demonstrate, explain and play the instruments in the exhibition —and they are happy to accommodate the individual interests and needs of our visitors.

Booking conditions (valid as of January 1st, 2012)
Guided tours for day care groups and school classes: EUR 10,00.
Guided tours for all other groups: EUR 45,00.

No costs will be incurred for cancellations made at least one day before the booked tour, and no later than 2:00 pm, by phoning + 49 (0) 30 254 81-139 or + 49 (0) 30 254 81-178. For cancellations made after the above-mentioned deadline, or in the case of no-show on the agreed date, you will be billed a fee of EUR 45,00.

Licensed tours (with your own tour guide) are possible by prior arrangement. The fee is EUR 25,00 per guided tour, per hour, for a maximum of 30 persons.
Please note: the playing of instruments is not possible for licensed tours!

Leaflets provide printed information about the exhibits.

Posters, postcards, slides, CDs and publications can serve as teaching material for schools or for specialized research. They can be purchased at the   Museumsshop.

Tuesday to Friday: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Thursday: 9.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
